Richard Juwan Dill achieved his Real estate License in June of 1990 and joined the (GPAR) Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. He would serve as a West Council President, a MLS consultant, an currently as a Professional Standards Chair. He has received numerous sales awards and commendations over his three decade career. He was also Big Brother of the year with Big Brothers Big Sisters Association for his work with children in the community. In addition he has served as a Banker/Manager for one of the region’s Largest Banks. He joined Common Ground Realtors in September of 1999.
Also known as Wendy, this West Philadelphia born and raised agent has held her license for 10 years and has been with Common Ground for the whole duration of her career. She also works for the state, which allows her to take those skills and apply then to her clients. She specifically is skilled in assisting seniors, navigating them through various programs and grants that are offered on local, state and federal levels.
Cheryl Jackson-Cade was raised in Philadelphia and educated in the public school system. At Temple University, her studies included Human Resources and Real Estate. Cheryl decided to become a realtor in 2000 and joined Common Ground Realtors, working primarily with buyers, sellers, and investors. She comes with 30 years of personal experience in property management and executive experience gained in a variety of office settings. Her goal is to ensure that each of her clients walks away with a clear understanding of real estate. Every summer, Cheryl can be found relaxing and spending time with family and friends on Martha’s Vineyard. Her favorite pastimes include reading, exercising, and dining.
