Denise Lewis, born and raised in Philadelphia, is no stranger to community. She has been investing in properties since the 90’s, which aids her in working with investors and renters alike. Richard Juwan Dill achieved his Real estate License in June of 1990 and joined the (GPAR) Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. He would serve as a West Council President, a MLS consultant, an currently as a Professional Standards Chair. He has received numerous sales awards and commendations over his three decade career. He was also Big Brother of the year with Big Brothers Big Sisters Association for his work with children in the community.
