Find An Agent Who Knows Your Neighborhood Best
Denise Lewis
Denise Lewis, born and raised in Philadelphia, is no stranger to community. She has been investing in properties since the 90’s, which aids her in working with investors and renters alike. She’s also an avid community volunteer; every Thanksgiving she helps feed the community, she educates seniors on housing programs and assist them on attaining home repair, and she lends her expertise to those looking to purchase through credit repair programs, saving, and credit building. Denise took all of these passions and joined Common Ground after getting her real estate license in 2021.

Leon Glover
West Philadelphia born, and still resides. Leon attained his realtor license 16 years ago and has been with Common Ground Realtors for his whole career. An investment & distress property specialist, Leon is happy to represent sellers and buyers and aid them in making a game plan, and implementing strategies tailored to his clients desired real estate needs. Whether selling or buying, shell to fixer upper, row, twin or single, vacant lots to land, Leon is the one to call. And as an avid motorcyclist, you are always likely to see Leon arrive to appointments on his Harley Davidson.
Karmen Fails
Unlike most of the agents at Common Ground, Karmen was NOT born in Philadelphia. A Columbus, OH native, she found her way to Philadelphia by attending University of the Arts as a dance major. Through life’s shifts and circumstance, she found herself in the sales field which led her to real estate through rental leasing. Now 20 years in the field, Karmen has worked as a Property Manager – from luxury high rises to sprawled out rental communities – and as a Trainer and Operations Manager. In 2015 she left the corporate world behind and became a real estate agent, where she then joined Common Ground. A wearer of many hats, Karmen serves Common Ground as its Property Manager, as a Realtor, and as an Office Manager.
