Find An Agent Who Knows Your Neighborhood Best
Cheryl Jackson
Cheryl Jackson-Cade was raised in Philadelphia and educated in the public school system. At Temple University, her studies included Human Resources and Real Estate. Cheryl decided to become a realtor in 2000 and joined Common Ground Realtors, working primarily with buyers, sellers, and investors. She comes with 30 years of personal experience in property management and executive experience gained in a variety of office settings. Her goal is to ensure that each of her clients walks away with a clear understanding of real estate. Every summer, Cheryl can be found relaxing and spending time with family and friends on Martha’s Vineyard. Her favorite pastimes include reading, exercising, and dining.
Karmen Fails
Unlike most of the agents at Common Ground, Karmen was NOT born in Philadelphia. A Columbus, OH native, she found her way to Philadelphia by attending University of the Arts as a dance major. Through life’s shifts and circumstance, she found herself in the sales field which led her to real estate through rental leasing. Now 20 years in the field, Karmen has worked as a Property Manager – from luxury high rises to sprawled out rental communities – and as a Trainer and Operations Manager. In 2015 she left the corporate world behind and became a real estate agent, where she then joined Common Ground. A wearer of many hats, Karmen serves Common Ground as its Property Manager, as a Realtor, and as an Office Manager.
